Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping Countries

I currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany

  • European Union (all EU countries)

No shipping to non-EU countries
(e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia).

No shipping of tubers outside Germany.
(Seeds may be shipped within Germany and the EU.)

2. Shipping Costs

Germany

  • €2.75 large letter (up to 200 g)

  • €3.50 large letter (up to 500 g)

European Union

  • €4.99 (international large letter)

The exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Germany:

  • approx. 2–5 business days

European Union:

  • approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that during peak seasons (spring/autumn), slight delays may occur.

4. Shipping Service Provider

Orders are shipped via:

  • Deutsche Post AG / DHL

I ship climate-friendly, securely packaged, and with reduced plastic use.

5. Partial Deliveries

If individual products are not immediately available, partial deliveries may be made.
You will be informed in advance by email.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me at:

We will find a solution together.

7. No International Shipping of Tubers

Due to European plant passport regulations, dahlia tubers may only be shipped within Germany.
Seeds are exempt from this regulation and may be shipped within the EU.
